Absolutely not. There is no annual contract, so when you decide to cancel, you simply continue to use the service until the end of your prepaid month. Just let us know one week in advance, and we won’t charge you beyond your current billing period.
Liveforce bills only for chats that are pertinent to your business. Pertinent chats exclude spam, sales pitches, accidental messages, test messages, random greetings, or incomplete conversations. Liveforce's live chat service operates on a month-to-month basis, without any long-term contracts. You pay for the receptionist service on a monthly basis. If you decide to cancel, we bill you through the end of the current monthly billing cycle, and then your service concludes. We'll miss having you with us.
